Case Study: Executive Workshop on Investor Pitching
Challenge
A group of ~15 Latin American executives wanted more than a presentation—they wanted a practical way to sharpen how they evaluated and communicated business opportunities. The goal was to give them a framework they could immediately apply in their own organizations.
Approach
Designed and facilitated a 50-minute interactive executive workshop.
Adapted my investor narrative framework into collaborative group exercises.
Guided participants through Problem, Solution, Positioning, and Go-to-Market.
Facilitated peer feedback, investor-style evaluations, group discussion, and debrief.
Outcome
Transformed abstract pitching concepts into a practical, repeatable framework.
Improved participants' ability to communicate strategic ideas with greater clarity.
Strengthened critical thinking through structured evaluation and peer feedback.

Case Study: Founder Workshop on Entering the U.S. Market
Challenge
A group of a couple dozen founders from Japan was visiting the U.S. to learn how they could enter the U.S. Most had new startups and wanted to consider their options on what it would mean to launch and scale. To them, it felt daunting.
Approach
Designed and facilitated a 50-minute interactive founder workshop.
Adapted my entrepreneurial roadmap canvas into a lecture-style format.
Guided listeners through my M.A.R.K.E.T. framework, ranging from mindset to timing.
Outcome
Listeners engaged and felt inspired to learn about a broader range of startup topics.
They asked questions on what it would mean for their startups, ranging from e-commerce to robotics.
Strengthened critical thinking through post-lecture Q&A and feedback from JETRO's local regional leader.
